For effective use Paw Protect Balm or Spray should be applied once your pet has returned from being out in the environment, so in the case of a Dog once the walk has finished, and you are returning indoors or to the car. Do not apply before taking or letting your pet out.
Simply wipe any excess mud, grime and dirt from your pet’s paws, and then apply the Balm or Spray directly to the pads, in between toes/claws and also up to the wrist and hock of the leg if required.
No need to wipe off, the Paw Protect Balm or Spray will become invisible.
It’s worth mentioning that the ‘hissing’ sound of the Spray can unsettle at first, so the best thing is to show your pet what it is by spraying a small amount. Your pet will be aware of the noise, this simple tip can make it easier to apply first time around.

Absolutely, our formula is Medical Standard and helps to relieve pain, discomfort and aids in the healing process. It can be used as an antiseptic and it won’t sting your animal.
Both our Paw Protect Balm and Spray are lick safe, meaning if ingested no harm will come to your pet.
